As a result, my wife Mary Ann and I have had a lot of experience buying and selling homes, and are very familiar with the role of the real estate agent, having worked with dozens over the past 20 years. Based on past experiences, that were almost always negative, we had decided to definitely not use a Realtor as we prepared to place our house on the market in Saranac Lake. Our initial call to you was for appraisal services only, and we were not shy to emphasize that was all we were interested in. It wasnât very long into our owner-sale endeavor, before Mary Ann and I realized we were going to be overwhelmed with all sorts of issues connected to a home sale, and more importantly, we quickly learned that we were ill prepared for objectively negotiating the price and terms of a sale. Because you were so professional in our earlier dealings, we asked for your help. And are we ever glad we selected you as our agent!

Once you stepped into the process, we immediately felt like a big burden was lifted off our shoulders. The confidence and competence you displayed was contagious and made us feel really good about how the whole thing would turn out. You insisted we be involved in establishing an overall marketing plan, and always took time to carefully explain each step in the process. You listened, you advised, and you carried out our wishes completely. In a business like real estate, the most important quality a client looks for is trust. We trusted you and you did not disappoint us, even once.

Mary Ann and I simply want you to know that we are sincerely grateful to you for the services you so masterfully rendered.
